Ms. Beers started a recess walking club to to help encourage healthy movement during our indoor recess days. What started off as a group of 15 is now closer to 30! Together we travel the different floors and get to visit lots of classrooms. On any given day, the kiddos walk 2000-3000 steps during this time. Way to go kindergarten and Ms. Beers for taking action!
Of course our big highlight of the week was the Wall of Love. On Wednesday, there were over 400 bags hung on our fence. Thursday morning we went to check and found that almost all were taken, leaving about 20 left hanging. The kiddos were so pleased that people were getting what they NEED and they were glad to help.
Caring Day
Oh my we had such a great time celebrating Caring Day! We shared our notes, had a blast with some fun challenges and a. science experiment. Everyone was so appreciative of the cards, notes and treats. Sharing the planet with a whole lot of love, what could be better?
Love the creativity and perseverance!
Sink or Float?

Take a look at this writing piece that was done independently during centers. Excellent work!
Soap Request
The kiddos love using pump soap that smells good. I had a nice collection and it is just about gone (YAY for clean hands). If you would like to donate a bottle (antibacterial pump soap) we would greatly appreciate it. If fun soap with help kids clean their hands well I am all for it! Stay away germs!
